Installation was unsatisfactory
Quick service, better than I expected.
So I Came out to my window one morning and my back window was busted. And of course it had to rain the next two days so I needed it taken care of urgently. I scheduled my appointment online with little effort, The website was very user-friendly. Upon arriving at Safelite, the following day, the technicians down to the counter workers were extremely friendly and professional, and they explained the process in detail . Highly recommend the Whitehall , PA Location on MacArthur Road SafeLite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶🏼🙏🏻
Staff was friendly but poor quality work. They assured me that the OE replacement windshield would be the exact same functioning, same options as my OEM Range Rover windshield. There are three icons signifying the options and the new one is clearly missing one of them. Not sure how they missed this during visual inspection.
