The process was smooth and seamless and my technician was super
Safelite replaced my windshield Saturday, my windshield has numerous scratches on the inside of the glass. I have to wait until Saturday for them to come and replace it and they told me that they may or may not have the Glass in the car on Saturday which means I might have to wait even longer. I’m not getting any compensation for the fact that they messed up nor the fact that I now have to wait at least a week.
