Safelite in Whitehall, PA provides great service. I had my windshield replaced twice in the last year, once in their shop and once at my residence. Both times everyone was friendly and very informative. The technician, Ray, who came out to my home, was extremely friendly and informative. He actually vacuumed the shattered glass out of my vehicle interior, which was not required. Safelite exceeded my expectations both times they repaired my vehicle. I will forever trust and recommend their services.
Great experience! Our tech arrived as promised on time and was friendly. He did an outstanding job and went over what he would do when he arrived. Highly recommend if you need your windshield repaired or replaced - we had ours replaced.
I've been dealing with safelite for the past two weeks trying to get this sorted out. I took my car in for a simple chip repair. The technician did not complete the repair correctly. I called Safelite again to have them come look at the chip, and their mobile tech confirmed that the repair was not done correctly and the windshield needed replaced. Elarick did a great job replacing the windshield on my truck. He was polite and professional and left my vehicle in great shape!
I will never take my car there. I got an appointment for 930. I went there for 10:15 the say the cannot take my car because I'm late and also call them no active phone line. I called three different phone line no Answer.
