Good price quick install pleasant technician.
NO call, NO show. Truly unprofessional. Other reviews share the same experience unfortunately. When speaking to the manager I was told the tech came and rang the doorbell with no answer and called multiple times. Neither is true as I have cameras on my property and no missed calls or voice messages. When, I advised him of this he said he only could reference what he could see on his side. I was impressed at how convenient it was to put a new windshield on my car. They came to my house and didn’t take long. He explained everything and was very nice. He was also nice enough to call when he was on his way and also when he got to the house.
DON'T USE SAFELITE IF YOU NEED FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT!! They don't get the job done right the first time; I had to have their work re-calibrated once, and apparently, I'm having to have it done again AND I cannot get anyone on the phone!! I won't use them again.
Despite multiple attempts to get address corrected still wrong. Showed up almost dark (445) supposedly needed a 90 minutes after window then never did job. Said windshield was to much glue from duck application. Which was stated beforehand. Due to it leaking quite badly .. interesting because 2 days later i took to windshield installed business which did no problem
