Appointment setup through Statefarm insurance. No issues at all with checking in and my windshield was replaced within the hour.
Easy to make an appointment, friendly and professional staff, my technician (Terrance maybe?) went above and beyond to install my new windshield quickly and then cleaned everything up very nicely.
From the time I contacted Safelite. Customer service was very helpful in scheduling, I was given the tech’s name and phone number. I text Mac to see maybe what time he would be there. He text me right back with the information. Mac was very Pleasant. He let me watch him and explained what he was doing. Everyone from start to finish was very nice.
