Work was done faster than expected. It was done professionally and courteously.
We were quoted $500 to repair the windshield online, bit when we arrived to pick up our car, total bill was $1066. They said this was due to recalibration. Safelite, should be more transparent with their online quote. We also discovered that they broke the plastic piece cover behind the rear view mirror. They just placed it on there without telling us and we discovered pieces were broken when it came off. (Our car is a 2024 model, we bought brand new, so not too old). Very disappointed. Will NOT ever go back.
Awesome experience. People are trained well here and got me in and out quickly. After suffering a horrible experience with the Virginia Beach location, this location made me feel a lot better. Seems to be hit or miss with Safelite but I do wish store numbers were actually calling the stores and not the call centers. Awesome job on my windshield.
Needed a windshield replacement due to crack. LaSha did the work. Outstanding young man with excellent communication skills. Kept me well informed ahead of time as to expected arrival, and completion of the work.
