After having mobile service, our vehicle’s safety camera is not functioning and no one is following up to correct the situation.
My windshield looks just as cracked when they finished as it did when they started. The guy told me he couldn’t fix it and it wasn’t going to look good when it was done. Instead of calling his supervisor and saying I need a replacement windshield he “fixed” it with the filler and left. It continues to reflect sun and is dangerous.
The whole TEAM took very good care of my vehicle. The gal in the office and I had a very nice visit and the Technician who repaired the chips was AMAZING!! He even removed the car wash sticker I have been scraping to get off the glass for months ... THE GLASS LOOKS SOOOOO GREAT, THANK YOU SAFELITE AUTO GLASS. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else!!
