The tech was very friendly and made me very comfortable with working on my vehicle on location.
This is perhaps my only review where I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff was already great working with me to get the replacement covered by insurance. We had a late afternoon appointment and they discovered an issue with the metal frame that the windshield sits in. They coordinated that repair with a nearby body shop, helped us find a motel for the night and drove us to the motel.
