The Safelite website was very easy to use & I was able to set up my appointment with ease. Our technician, Clinton, was on time, in uniform, very personable, very quick & cleaned up after himself! The windshield looks great!! Safelite was the only company we considered since we'd used their services before & would definitely use them again in the future!!
Good repair service in Spring. Paid over $75 for wipers, too, as was told in 6 months, could get replacement. Tried to call store- no one answered and was auto hung up Called 888#; they had no clue. Tried chat- they just referred me to store. Why can't customers talk to a live person from place of service?! As a veteran and USAA member, have a "sour taste" from this interaction.
