Had a tiny chip, smaller than a dime, barely noticeable, they came to repair it and destroyed my windshield, they refuse to fix it, they break your windshield so you have to buy a new one, 40 years in business and now I know why, do not use them, it's a RIP off.
Just had my windshield replaced on my CLK350 Cabriolet with a OEM part. Three areas of paint chipped and something rolling from side to side behind the visors. Will update this tomorrow.
