Stephen did a great job. However, my drivers side ditch light was damaged during installation of the windshield and nothing was said to me about it. I will be contacting them to see if they will take responsibility and replace or repair it. I am disappointed with service based on this point alone. The windshield replacement looks great otherwise.

Highly, highly recommend. Manager Jack and tech Ron were wonderful. We were on a camping trip and a rock/piece of gravel hit our windshield which very quickly cracked. Both of these men were very kind and comforting while I was a little freaky/nervous about the whole situation. They were able to get a replacement windshield the next day, squeezed me in for an appointment and we were good to go! Thanks!

I would love to see the company have a phone number that dials directly to the branch you need or even at least to a human. That part of the experience was frustrating. I gave up on the phone automated system that didn’t work good at all. I absolutely would have gone through a different company at this point if I was in a position to get my car to a shop. Jack and the crew were absolutely wonderful. They replaced my windshield, recalibrated my eyesight system and genuinely took great care in getting the job done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work done on their vehicle.
