The work was great, new windshield is good. They came to my house and knocked it out easy as can be. But…. The installer must’ve had muddy shoes because my carpet is now muddy, I keep my new truck nice and clean and now after trying to vacuum it, it’s going to need a carpet shampoo which is another $125 or so at the local detailer shop. Ugh!
Jack (mgr) was exceptional to work with and very accommodating. Technician work was fast and seems well completed. Only complaint was that he forgot to reconnect my windshield washer hose, so when I tried to clean my windshield I was just squirting fluid on the ground until I reconnected it. Very minor issue compared to the overall excellent service.
Very impressed! Scheduling was a piece of cake online. We were informed through the whole process, from the moment we scheduled to completion. We were expecting to leave our car for several hours and we were in and out in about 90 minutes. Techs were friendly and welcoming the moment we walked in the door. Definitely recommend this place! 5 stars over and over!
Online scheduling and insurance check was very convenient and smooth. Had a windshield replaced. The crew at Safelite was professional and fast. They quickly installed wiper blades after I decided to get new wipers and applied a discount. Thanks!
Jack at the front desk, was exceptional. He helped me through a insurance issue with my windshield and found the most efficient, cost effective solution! Would not recommend any other AutoGlass repair service in the valley!
