Highly, highly recommend. Manager Jack and tech Ron were wonderful. We were on a camping trip and a rock/piece of gravel hit our windshield which very quickly cracked. Both of these men were very kind and comforting while I was a little freaky/nervous about the whole situation. They were able to get a replacement windshield the next day, squeezed me in for an appointment and we were good to go! Thanks!
Stephen did a great job. However, my drivers side ditch light was damaged during installation of the windshield and nothing was said to me about it. I will be contacting them to see if they will take responsibility and replace or repair it. I am disappointed with service based on this point alone. The windshield replacement looks great otherwise.
Overall this was a great experience. The tech was prompt and courteous. So far the windshield seems to be great. The only reason I'm give a 4 and not a 5 is that the appointment window was 4 hours long. So I waited around for three hours and then the tech texted and gave me a specific time. It would be a better experience if they could give me a more precise appointment time.

They were professional, honest, and really cool about the whole thing — explained exactly what happened, and even though it wasn’t their fault, they stood behind their work and made it right. Amazing customer service and also the technical glass supports that works on the glass are always amazing in uniform and respectful. Got a rock chip and can’t even see that it’s even happened. Thank you Safelite I will always be a customer for life.
