I have high regard for Safelite AutoGlass. They handle all glass issues for my insurer. My car had previously been repaired before I purchased it, and the frame had been cut during the previous windshield replacement process. My Safelite team notified me of the problem and highly recommended that it be repaired at a body shop to ensure the integrity of my vehicle. They made sure I have a safe vehicle. Absolutely top-tier service every time! Windshield repairs are something I’ve needed multiple times, and I always choose Safelite because they’re simply the best at what they do. Their professionalism, speed, and quality of work are unmatched. I’ve had repairs done on both my Honda Pilot and my Tesla Model 3, and each experience has been seamless and satisfying. Never go her incompetence staff and a manager who is not around and doesn't answer his phone. I took my car her for a windshield replacement. After i picked it up my factory installed dashcam fell off the windshield it was not reinstalled properly.i went back and they said they would fix it. So they put it on again crooked and slapped it on with out cleaning off either of the surfaces. The work was great, new windshield is good. They came to my house and knocked it out easy as can be. But…. The installer must’ve had muddy shoes because my carpet is now muddy, I keep my new truck nice and clean and now after trying to vacuum it, it’s going to need a carpet shampoo which is another $125 or so at the local detailer shop. Ugh!

This location is fantastic! I’ve had two windshield replaced here and both have been perfect experiences each time. No hiccups with billing my insurance great service and excellent scheduling availability. With my most recent replacement I was able to schedule a next day replacement at 8 AM and I woke up that morning and didn’t feel like going in. I was easily able to reschedule online for later in the afternoon. Perfect experience will always go here when needed, but hopefully won’t break too many windshields.
