I made an appt, received a confirmation call the previous day, received an email telling me Connor would be my technician, and waited at home the entire appt window (12pm -5pm). Twenty minutes before the appt window closing at I called the store to inquire if I would be hearing from the technician. The lady I spoke to would contact the technician; I heard nothing back. They have changed their policies will not work on older vehicles and don't tell you upfront after waiting all week for this to be done.
