They did not seal 18 inches of my windshield which then led to water pouring into my dash when I went through a car wash and fried my motherboard. My car completely stopped working and I had to have it towed. Their insurance guy inspected it and agreed it was their fault but since the water has dried out enough, they’re not going to pay to have my motherboard fixed. DO NOT GET YOUR WINDSHIELD INSTALLED HERE

Absolutely a nightmare of a place to get a window replaced. Do not use Safelite. Monday I came in for a appointment and after 45 mins they came out and told they ordered the wrong window and I had to reschedule. I came in early today and for my scheduled time at 3 for my window and recalibration, and nobody came out to get my key. At 3:30 I said Hey do you want the key? I also let the receptionist know I wasn’t happy and should have taken my car elsewhere. I should have found another place after the wrong window was ordered ... read more

Not the happy friendly place they portray on the commercials. Had an appointment and had some questions about how long it takes, and about new wiper blades. No one there will answer the phone, just play a bunch of recordings, don't put you through to a real person. I stopped in the Ft. Myers office, guy said "you can't just stop in here and get a windshield replaced" I said I have an appointment; no one will answer the phone to answer questions! So rude I didn't show up for my appointment, I'll be going somewhere else.

I am not usually a person to post things like this on my page but I am so disgusted on the treatment and unprofessionalism here at safelite auto glass 2001 Rt 70 WCherry Hill, NJ 08002 How you can be a Store Manager of your business and do not know who is doing what or doing the order for parts! I am very understanding person and know that things happen I get it. But why lie to your customers saying that the part got there broken, when actually the parts was never delivered in the first place. Then what makes it worse hav... read more

This company don't care about the clients !!! ; I have been waiting for 7 months for my windshield installation , and this company make me fake appointments , and the cancel , and the excuse is that the windshield glass has not arrive so far, because the order is delay always !!, and already 7 months waiting !!!! Now we have an appointment for tomorrow at 12:00 and I received one email about the appointment , because they are not sure , they are going to have the glass for installation tomorrow !!! Worst experience I've ever had with any company. First appointment was 7/28. 6 hours into the appointment, I get a call that the windshield has been replaced but the calibration "didn't go through", so they have to order new, more expensive glass that they expected me to pay for while asking me to drive the car - now with none of the safety features connected to the car's camera system. Disgusted by my experience here. My first appointment had been made on 7/27/23. I showed up on time with the appointment on my phone. I took off of work for this and expected it to be done. When I got there they stated that it was an "error in their system" and they did not see an appointment on their end.
