If there was a option to rate negative 1 million stars I would have. My service call started on Thursday April 7th 2016. I was supposed to have a windshield and 5 other pieces of glass repaired. They spent almost 4 hours on one window!! then called in 3 other techs to come help! They toke all severely scratched not broken windows out of the car installed only three!!! The repair to my windshield was fine however the customer service was horrible. I did not have a problem but was in the store when a customer was trying to work out an issue. The customer was upset but not threatening or swearing. The people at Safelite basically told him to get out and then when he left, trashed him for a while (swearing vociferously) and made plans to lie about how he called them nasty names (which he never did). Most unprofessional business I have ever witnessed.
