I had to reschedule my repair due to my work being closed, but the person that called never actually made the appointment. So I wasted a trip to Montgomery only to find a hat I didn’t have an appointment. Rescheduled it for them to come to my home and repair my windshield. While the repairman was super nice, he failed to disclose that the repair may fail completely, causing a foot long crack across my windshield. Repairs are only an attempt to reinforce the structural integrity of a damaged piece of glass. Due to the existing damage compromising the glass, we're not able to determine how the glass will respond to the repair attempt. -Melanie

stay away from this business as the customer service. the manager chris hung up on me. I'm still waiting on my 8 -12 appointment although its 1 PM. their excuse is the part didnt come in this weekend this morning because I ordered a. OEM windshield. well guess what this was a rescheduled appointment from Friday week which mean that that appointment would be made.

STAY AWAY Literally giving this place 0 stars. I had about a half inch crack in my windshield, and their tech came out and cracked MY ENTIRE WINDSHIELD. Then I was told I have to pay $400+ for them to replace my windshield that their tech cracked. The manager was rude and condescending when I didn't want to have to pay for their mistake. Worst service and clearly unskilled people. Do not ever trust them. This is clearly just a scam for them to crack your windshield further and then make you pay for them to fix it.
