I literally just left. Had a 10 o’clock appointment couldn’t tell you how they repair glass but I can tell you had an appointment at 10 AM this morning for a repair on my windshield. It’s sad that my Insurnace forces me to use them. Last time it took 6 trips to get the right glass, this time they don’t have the correct scanners. Worst company to deal with and always full of BS excuses. This is an update after 2 more attempts they realized they had the wrong car written down, the didn’t have the correct mold, they cannot tell me when it will be in, and they refuse to refund my deposit. They are rude shady liars. Save your money and go literally anywhere else!
Yet again zero follow through and stood up for another appointment. It’s truly mind blowing how one company can be so unprofessional, zero communication, and unable to refund a deposit but also unable to do what you paid them for. We’ll be in attempt number four soon. Save your money go literally anywhere else!!!!!
This place is a scam initially quoted me for 769 then charge when when I got my car back 769 when I drove home I found out they refund the money then charge me 909......trying to reach out to em and nothing its been almost a month.
