Great experience. My only downfall was I didn't have a ride so that I could leave my vehicle to be serviced, so I waited approximately 3 hrs in their comfortable waiting area. They do have coffee, water and TV, so the wait didn't seem too long.
The technicians are very nice. The first one arrived on time and changed the damaged windshield. Within a couple of days, a whistling sound was very noticeable. I made an appointment and a second technician came in on Nov 10, 2025. This Tech found that a clip around the frame windshield was broken. I was told Safelite would need to order the part and then return to replace it. After 4 calls to their warranty center and 5 calls to the shop, and still no response. I submitted a case to the BBB. Great service and very fast to complete the windshield replacement. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle glass repairs and replacements, not just windshields. They do it all.
They were ready at my appointment time. Very clean and organized space. The technician was friendly and did a good job explaining the surgery. I hope I never need it again , but these guys did a terrific job on my stone chip in less than an hour. I’m very satisfied. Highly recommended. EDIT:Second visit not as outstanding. First visit there was coffee, water and snacks. Techs on both visits were great. Third visit: car hood covered with like yellow chalk and a lot of dust. They did not take reasonable care with my car.
