You've been warned. Try somewhere else and save yourself the headache. I took my new vehicle for a simple windshield replacement, and unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating mess. 1st Saturday appt, I was immediately informed that the windshield would be replaced with a generic one but the rain sensors would work and everything. Job was left unfinished! Apparently, the tech had to open the hood to access the lower windshield wiper cowling in order to replace the windshield. The tech that worked on my car windshield did not refasten the cowling back into place and also may have damaged some of the plastic fasteners. I am now concerned about the quality of the entire job. I have not washed the car yet, I am concerned about leaks.
I had my windshield replaced here about a month ago, and unfortunately, it recently got chipped again. I came back in hoping for advice or a fix, and not only did they take care of it quickly, but the service was beyond what I expected. Fernando, the manager is super kind and professional, and you can tell he truly cares about their customers. It’s rare to find businesses that operate with this much integrity. Thank you again!
