This place is joke. receptionist is rude and she has no idea what she is doing and how to greet a customer. The technicians are even worse. Seems like they have a competition to prove who is worse. I went with Safelite Repair, which is more expensive than most, to replace a shattered rear window on my 2012 E350 Mercedes-Benz, and what should have been a straightforward repair turned into a hazardous incident. I left my car at the repair shop in Fullerton for 4 hours, and when the technician(s) finished, I asked the staff if they had vacuumed my vehicle. The experience was amazing! I made the appointment online (the chatbot was also working perfectly fine) and the technician was very responsible also professional. My window now looks just like new ✨ thanks but I really hope that I don’t need service from Safelite again haha
