Great service, quick and efficient.
I have used Safelite in the past and had good experiences. This time, using their website, there is a large, inexplicable price difference between the quote and the price when it comes time to pay. I used the chat feature which was comically unhelpful, even when talking to a human and not an AI bot. And then there's no way to talk to an actual human to figure things out. I was able to get an early appointment the day after the damage occurred to my windshield for a replacement. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and it was a delightful experience overall. I highly recommend!
