They took my money, but never set an appointment, i called and they said they had history of payment or appointment, and had hell getting the refund. I found another company and got a windshield instead. It took a month to get my money back after they said 7-10 business days. Very unhappy.

I am very unsatisfied with Bullhead city safelite - I had them come out to repair a chip in my windshield, unfortunatley there repair did not hold and started to spread very shortly after repair. I called in for warranty and they advised me that there was nothing they could do and the only remedy would be to replace the windshield in my vehicle but they would credit the cost of the repair towards the bill. safelite gave me a quote to replace the windshield at a price i agreed to and scheduled me in for replacement, 1 day bef... read more

Tried getting a hold of this shop to see if they had the glass I needed. The phone rings to an automated system and the agent that picked up of course couldn't do a thing for me. Tried a second time with similar results. Why is it impossible to get a hold of the shop directly to ask a simple question? The worst customer service EVER!
