This was the fastest and most painless experience for fixing my windshield. The technician came to my house and was done in less than 30 minutes. I would 10/10 recommend. He was thorough in explaining the process of fixing my windshield and very transparent about each step he was taking so that I felt educated in what was going on with my vehicle
Stopped last Saturday to complain about an installation done by another store at my office a few days prior where the tech did something to break my dash speaker. It sounded awful right after the installation. Employee at this store said he'd have the manager of the store that did the work call me. No call so far. Not surprised, I guess.
We LOVE Safelite Auto Glass!!! It was easy to set up our appointment. Ee received fast service, the tech was friendly and on time. The process was sooooo convenient! I was working from home and they came to my home and changed out the windshield. I didn't even go outside. I feel like I cheated....the process was way too easy!!
