I made an appointment to drop off my car at 8:00AM on Tuesday, August 7th. I arrived and dropped it off. They assured me that my windshield would be replaced and the car ready for pick-up before 5:00PM the same day. A tech called me at 11:00AM with a couple of questions and said he was starting the work and again I was assured the car would be ready before 5:00PM.
