Great experience overall, very satisfied with the work completed and service.
This office has some serious issues. We had a Saturday scheduled glass replacement weeks ago, which was canceled after confirmation the day before and was rescheduled in office during the middle of the day without a call or reach out to see if this would work for our family. We rescheduled again for an in-home replacement multiple weeks later. We confirmed the appointment multiple times and stayed home to allow the service to happen. Had appt last week to replace cracked windshield and recalibrate safety stuff. Dropped car off at 8:30am. There was no communication all day. Returned at 4:30pm to see what was going on. Job was not finished yet....needed to recalibrate safety systems. Waited another 45 minutes and tech returned to say tool needed for recalibrating Subaru Eyesight was broken. We would need to go to another location. We set appt in several days for Rock Hill location.
I went to repair the windshield of my car for a small, tiny chip, and I ended up with the entire windshield broken. I speak with customer service and they say they cannot do nothing for me.
