Horrible experience. First had home appointment for replacement, but the technician didn’t have the right recalibration equipment so had to bring in to store for recalibration. Had issues so had to bring it back. Had 8:00 am appointment (as in at opening time), but found out “there are 2 cars ahead of me” so won’t start until 10:00! How can there be 2 cars ahead of the first appointment of the day? Among the worst customer experiences I have ever had. And hoping that they’ll finally get it right 🫣🤪

I experienced very poor customer service at this location today. As a veteran of 30 years, I arrived 15 minutes early for my scheduled car service appointment and waited patiently. While I was there, another couple arrived 15 minutes late for their appointment. Despite my being on time, the sub-manager, Charles, chose to take the late customers ahead of me rather than asking them to reschedule or wait.
