Went in for a chip repair as I have have done there before with no issues! This time they created a 3in crack off of the initial chip! Technician claims he filled it on and I won’t have further problems! Instead I have an 8in crack within 3 days! I call back to have Some Nasty Lady Tell Me Sorry Tough Poo!!! Now My Insurance Company Can Pay Them For A WindShield Replacement!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH SAFELITE LOCATION!!!!!!!! Fortunately Safelite Does Have Respecy Good Locations Nearby!!!
I had a rear hatchback glass repaired and the hatchback door would not close completely. I can back a couple of months later...a young man named Garcia explained what was causing the issue and repaired it in 10 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Windshield replacement was good but technicuan broke my review cover was told part was ordered from a VW dealership. I have called 4 times and said oh it's on order, called dealership and the parts in stock but still getting the run around. Would not recommend on using this location.
This place is legit the worst. Took 100 bucks from me and kept my car all day. Only to say it needed to go to a Chevy dealer for an update. Before they would change the windshield. Literally, called another location and actually got the service completed. Avoid this Pineville location
I have had my window replaced by them, but the tech said his vacuum was broken. He said he would leave a note on the job for someone to reach out to me to schedule another visit for them to clean the glass out as I already paid for that service. I have waited on hold multiple times, left messages and nobody will contact me to schedule this. In summary they stole money for me from a service they didn’t complete and refuse to get in contact with me while leaving broken glass in 3 of my 4 seats in my car. Avoid at all costs
