I hate to do this but the service was not as advertised. My initial appointment was 2 months ago for windshield replacement. I was told no more than: hours, so my appointment was early 7:00 I dropped the car off and went to work. I came at my 12:00 lunch break 4+ hours later and waited 45 minutes just to be told to come back. I came after work and they said they needed a new part come back. Had an appointment for 8a this morning. It was confirmed over text when they asked for confirmation. I arrived on time with the car. The gentleman ahead of me had a similar appointment and was told it would take 1.5 hours. The woman at desk said it would be ready at 4. He was surprised and asked if it could be ready as promised and she said they could try, but he had to be assertive.
