They replaced the windshield in my 2024 Chevrolet Traverse RS, which had a stress Crack form on the inner layer of glass. They also recalibrated my collusion avoidance cameras and sensors.
Great experience they have a tech there named joe that detailed my car while another tech replaced my windshield couldnt have asked for a better service!
Don’t use SafeLite. This store is the absolute worst. Charged me for wipers on my replacement and never installed them. Ive made 4 calls to get a refund and they don’t return calls. They also replaced my wife’s Audi windshield and bypassed all of the safety electronic elements not to mention they said they would do a factory windshields and they didn’t. Safe yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Terrible experience. Took my Honda pilot in for a windshield replacement and they not only gave me a cracked replacement, but made me come in earlier than my appointment was already confirmed to be, just to tell me that other cars are ahead of me and made me wait 40 minutes with no communication. I had to take my car home without any of its safety features working anymore because nobody thought to check if they were working before giving it back.
