My windshield looks the exact same before and after. From Safelite's website they claim: "In most cases, you should expect the cosmetic appearance of the repair to show some improvement as compared to the damage prior to the repair." However, there was ZERO improvement. I have also called Safelite a numerous amount of times to let them know my concerns, and they have not picked up once.
The showed up late for the appointment, used defective 3rd party glass and didnt even bother to recalibrate my cars dashboard camera costing me a day at the dealership at $350+ in calibration fees. Honestly this may have been the worst experience I've had with auto repair. I thought I'd be saving myself some time but it ended up costing significantly more time and money. Will never use Safelite again.
Arrived at 6:45 am for my 7am appointment and wasnt informed they didn't have my glass and wouldn't have it till after 9am. They sure did text email and worry multiple times about getting my deductible but couldn't inform me about not having my replacement . Obviously Safelite doesn't appreciate my time is important. Would give this location 0 if I could!
Worst company ever. They try to screw you over by adding a massively overpriced recalibration in the fine print. And then if you have questions, they send you through hours of low quality AI-support. Use anyone but Safelite.
