Had an issue with an improper windshield reinstall that resulted in a trim piece coming off on the highway. It's been months and I'm no closer to getting this trim piece replaced. Terrible communication, incompetent staff. Avoid Safelite!
Manager Jamal is a joke- worst customer service experience. DO NOT COME HERE.
Awesome service. Went in for a windshield replacement. I gave them the wrong info beforehand which resulted in them ordering the wrong windshield. So they rescheduled me and came to my house, replaced my windshield in 45 min. It was awesome. Superb customer service
