From a crack in the windshield to replacing a $1,000 windshield. Scheduled an appointment, showed up to be told they sent me an email 4:55 the night before due to the windshield "not being delivered". Find out that's a flat out lie. The shop damaged the windshield. They expect a customer to wait another 4 days due to their own incompetence. If they can't handle getting the windshield in the shop without damaging it, plus lying about the reason why it's not there, it's already an issue. Had an issue with an improper windshield reinstall that resulted in a trim piece coming off on the highway. It's been months and I'm no closer to getting this trim piece replaced. Terrible communication, incompetent staff. Avoid Safelite!
Manager Jamal is a joke- worst customer service experience. DO NOT COME HERE.
Awesome service. Went in for a windshield replacement. I gave them the wrong info beforehand which resulted in them ordering the wrong windshield. So they rescheduled me and came to my house, replaced my windshield in 45 min. It was awesome. Superb customer service
