SafeLifts installed the VersaLift in our garage for storing things in our attic. They did a great job, and the VersaLift is a back-saver.
SafeLifts technician were prompt and installed the attic ladder properly. Pleased with the service.
Disappointed with the overall results, especially considering the premium price paid. The work appeared rushed and lacked attention to detail. The wrong size attic ladder was initially installed, and although it was replaced, the current installation still seems uneven and poorly done. There is also still a nail protruding near the opening, creating a safety concern. Uneven attic flooring cuts and sections that are not properly connected.
