Abhi and the team are the best! My support workers Latika and Ishan are super reliable, caring and lovely to work with. Abhi is very friendly, polite and does an excellent work organising support workers for me. He’s very reliable and excels at his job, delivering great service every single time. I've been with safelane since last 8 to 9 months and it has been very welcoming experience with them as they have always been there for me even when I ask support on last minute. They got very well train support worker like fagun modi and also very understanding admin staff like Joon who is always a call away for assistance.fagun is great driver and loveable company to be with .I highly recommend people to be part of safelane community.

Ive had a few support coordinators, so I was a little worried about starting a new one, especially in another state. After speaking with Leanne Shaw for 5 mins I knew I had made the right decision. She's patient, empathetic and knows so much about the NDIS. Its wonderful to have a provider that tries to understand your situation and does her best to help you. I am new to NDIS and SafeLane has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Both Nistha and Joon have made this seamless. They are very professional, helpful and have loads of knowledge and experience that makes it all easier to navigate. All their hardworking is hugely appreciated.
