Been a customer for approximately 18 years. Just had window glass sensors installed by this company. No complaints. Good company.
I agree with others. After having their service for over 3 years, I am moving and called today to cancel service. The office manager was VERY rude, and attempted to extort me to pay for the entire year. While their service techs are really good, and pleasant, the office is horrible. AVOID at ALL COSTS

Reliable cameras not made in China! They have lasted me up to 6 years so far. Great company, staff and owner. Highly recommend for quality cameras and not that cheap vivint camera that creates many problems. I can do everything and control my house on my iphone thx to this company.
