A "safe"house that doesn't make you feel safe, doesn't offer domestic violence treatment as it leads you to believe, doesn't follow their own guidelines or rules, allows abuse and manipulation from administration and other residents, makes false promises, if you try to confide in the advocates they'll gaslight you, and will even try to create an illusion of you having a"mental health" issue. Very healing place, Mary and Ruth are amazing!!!
Called the Hotline several times one morning and got a voice recording! Finally a gal answered the line. I was asking for information for an abused family member, SHe said someone would call me back to initiate the process.....no one ever returned my call. WOW what a set back;
