These people. They had me explain in great detail what transpired and why I needed shelter, an hour long conversation—only to come back 1 more hour later with the decision that they could not help me. It just seems like a very bogus process, especially to someone who’s already having a hard time.

They are absolutely 0 help unless you are actively getting punched in the face - so if you need help.. maybe tell them that as they don't consider anything else abuse and won't help. They also ask incredibly invasive, specific questions only to not help at all.

The owner is abusive and terminates clients with no explanation when they need help.

I called explaining my situation and I also let them know I was referred by my aunt and they told me they wouldn’t be able to help me at all unfortunately the last suggested other things and it just seem like they didn’t even care about my situation I even explained thag i was 22 pregnant had me do a a hour screening told me to call back at 12:30 and I still wasn’t able to get keep
