We were in Beaufort for the 4th of July and managed get a nail in our tire. Being a holiday, the only place we could find open was Walmart Tire. That was a joke. They told us the tire wasn’t leaking when they put pressure on it so they’d air it up and we could just keep driving on it until it became a problem. Since we drove it in at 21 psi when it’s rated at 37 psi it was clear there was a problem already. 🙄 We started calling local places again and Safehands answered the phone! I went in with my spare tire and went to get a patch job at 8 am. Before I got out the car, Red, who works the front desk was out there asking me what happened, am I alright and how's my day was going so far. The customer service is exceptional! While I watched some TV for a few minutes and talked to Red. She talked me through the whole process and by 8:20 am, I had a new working tire and was out of there. Came in needing one tire replaced, I then realized I needed 3, and they got me squared away within an hour with multiple customers also getting work done. No appointment, first come first serve type deal. Smooth riding all the way home.
