Craig and Steve were the worst contractors I have ever experienced in 10 years of building. These two were dishonest, disrespectful and mismanaged. If it were not for asking City of Redding and contractors board for help Wilgus would have gotten away with so much. We lost so much money and time dealing with these guys I would recommend Foothill Fire protection over these guys as well as hold your money and file complaints as City of Redding is aware of the business they do.
unprofessional, lady in the office was rude when i questioned why a new extinguisher was needed when i had a new one installed the year prior. then proceeded to tell me they did nothing wrong and hung up on me.
Lisa and Scott (there was only on young man in the office this week and hope I got the name right) are the BEST at customer service! I didn't really know the process of doing all the fire extinguisher stuff, but they helped me along and got it all done! THANK YOU for being part of my team to keep my workers fire safe!
