Safeguard Waterproofing-Ram Jack Illinois did a great job on my house in Wheaton. It is a house that the owners in 1975 decided to put a 2nd story on. Well over the years their lack of diligence became evident, The house had settled 2 1/2 inches. Safeguard was able to come in with very minor disruption to the to the household. They created a stronger foundation, took out the old undersized wooden beam in the basement. Brought in a steel beam. We had a foundation issue and obtained several quotes. Safeguard was the only vendor that provided detailed information to support the quote. The team was professional and communicated throughout the project. There was an issue that was immediately addressed. Given the great service we received we moved our flood control maintenance to Safeguard as well. Our thanks to Ivan and the team.

Edit: Liars…. Read the screenshot… and the time they’re trying to say. Absolute incompetence. Zero understanding of time & they’re unreliable. Hard to support a business that cannot manage time let alone draining solutions. Zero stars.
