We hired Ram Jack for foundation repairs. John was responsive upfront and the work was mostly efficient and high-quality. They did miss installing a horizontal bracket, but corrected it quickly. The bigger issue: during installation, they damaged our sewer line—an admitted mistake. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism stopped. I was pleased with the quality of the work and how the workers completed the job on time and left the location clean. Communication could have been more timely. I needed to reach out multiple times to get requested information. The warranty provided at job completion initially did not cover what was conveyed verbally and in the bid, but this was rectified and I received a warranty with the updated language requested.

Previous owner had 4 foundation cracks fixed in 2024. After removing basement aneling, I discovered 2 more. They were both fixed within days of my call and the results are amazing. Highly recommend.

The team was excellent at helping with our water issues. We had a previous company fill some cracks which began leaking again, but they had gone out of business. When we reached out asking for a long term solution, the team at Ram Jack gave us a variety of options. We ended up installing drain tile around our entire basement perimeter, as well as filling some cracks and adding some kevlar stitches in areas where our 70+ year old foundation was bowing.
