Before I tried Safeguard, I had a contract with a national exterminating company. I liked the technician and they promptly came to my house, whenever I asked, yet they failed to solve the problem. My house was infested with some type of fly. They must have come a dozen times without any discernible success. So, I canceled the contract and looked for a locally owned business. Great company! I reached out online and they got back to me almost immediately. The woman I spoke with on the phone had an answer for every one of my questions, was very informative and very nice. The technician showed up and was great. Walked us through the whole process, very professional and knowledgeable as well. So glad we switched from the last terrible company we used.
Greg responded right away. He was extremely professional, polite and willing to work with us knowing we were making settlement in a short amount of time. His company was reasonable and did great work. I would highly recommend Safeguard!
