My husband cannot reach any of your workers to pick up his check. We were calling one office on the southwest , but now the phone is disconnected. What's going on, this is so unprofessional?
These people are DEFINITELY scamming people out of their money, they charged my fiancé what was at first a $900 preparation fee, but when he got his taxes back it was suddenly $750 , the girl Ashley was very unprofessional and sarcastic...she refused to tell him how much she charged him to prepare his taxes and put him as a schedule c Without his knowledge knowing that’s against the law...but they more than likely won’t even be open next year due to bad business and irs reports.
These people are a straight up scam charging outrageous prices just for tax prep. They don’t wanna give out no information especially that girl Ashley she got no edges prolly no degree....John is so unprofessional but that’s ok I will be reporting these ppl to the IRS and to the business bureau...
