We rented a storage unit from this place starting April 2024. Our payments were always due the 13th of each month. In December 2024, after we made our payment, we got a notice that the billing cycle was changing and our new payment date would be the 1st of each month. That's not really an issue, except we paid a whole month on dec 13th, then we had another whole month due Jan 1st. So we lost 1/2 our payment there.
