i rented the facility on aug 16th on aug 24th i cleaned it out and spoke to person on a site, a tall thin black gentleman and he said i'll take care of it so you're not charged on the 1st. on sept 1st my account shows i was charged 116.29. i immediately contacted self storage he said he'd look into it. he said i'll call you back. about 15 mins later i got an email they were only refunding 18.23. i called again and said that the full amount needed to be refunded and they should prorate what i paid for aug since i was there ju... read more
