They used to be 5 star when I first started renting with them years ago. Now I'm being forced to look for new storage as this one has declined drastically with service yet the rent & fees keep going up & being added. Trash always in the garage from the homeless folks I guess who are now renting units to live in. Yes there are now people living in the units, carts are broken etc. Not so pleasant anymore and definitely not as comfortable as it used to be leaving my belongings here.
