After the facility rebuilt (post-fire) they took away the digital/electronic access, reduced staff, and installed a virtual assistant kiosk. I called ahead to make sure that someone would be onsite so I could get the keys to the padlock that they put on my unit during the transition from electronic to physical locks, but no one was here when I arrived.
