MaryAnna was super efficient, location was clean, well lit, smells great and had great customer service skills. If you know of anyone that needs storage, I would highly recommend this facility at 599 West Merrick Rd. in Valley Stream. This facility is immaculate. She went above & beyond to make sure I get the best unit for the price within my budget.
MaryAnna was helpful with getting the packing supplies needed for a move cross country. She was extremely patient & knowledgeable with great customer service skills. She listened to all of my questions knew what I needed and then sold me all of my packing supplies. I would recommend her to anyone that needs storage or packing supplies. I haven’t seen her type of Customer Service in a very, very long time.

Wow, Great experience with great customer service. Very clean and organized place. Gilbert took the time to provide me with all the details and answered all my questions . He recommended with the ideal size storage unit I needed. He was great, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I was extremely thrilled with my experience at this Safeguard Self Storage. This is a very safe and clean Facility. The manager Gilbert was amazing! He went above and beyond and showed us all the different types of units around the property. He was extremely helpful and professional, explaining all of are options and helping us find what’s needed. I highly recommend this location for its Safety, Cleanliness, Value and Amazing Staff.
