Please do not rent here, they don’t provide proper training in customer service, and especially in training a STORE MANAGER to give proper information about a unit rental. You will lose your things here as we are about to lose them. We have used access self storage down the road and the only problem there is the rats, other than that they are more flexible in terms to rental and evictions. Highly upset with my sister’s situation at this storage after I myself have recommended her here. I have recommended everyone of my family here even after I had a semi negative experience two years ago, with a staff member who even cursed at me. and I kept referring people. Now my sister falls behind on her storage unit and when she contacted the company last week before leaving out of New Jersey that same day , she is told that she had until the end of the month October 31, to pay before she went into auction.
