Trying to find out the manager’s schedule is impossible. I don’t feel comfortable going there when there’s not an associate or manager on duty. I almost had to leave my unit unlocked because I was having issues. I’ve called customer service and they informed me they don’t have the schedules for that location. I had movers there the other day and we had issues with the elevator, yet I’m paying the movers by the hour. As an older woman with a disability it’s a little spooky going there when no one’s around.
Carlos was exceptional. So professional, helpful, courteous. and knowledgeable.
Carlos was very helpful, storage area was very clean, nice units and prices.
The facility is clean and easy to access. With the changing of the locks, Carlos was a great help and made the change quick and easy!
