I hate to do this, but I would not recommend entrusting this facility. While I thankfully did not have anything in my unit, upon returning to get in, I was told there was no activity since the month I rented, which was simply untrue. Furthermore, the former “manager” misspelled my name on the receipt I had, further adding the “mystery” that no unit in my name existed. Oh well. Nice place, and safe but a terrible experience with ZERO communication on the closure of my unit and account. Take your business elsewhere.
The manager Adam and his assistant Leti are amazing here! We have had a quick and rough move and they have made the process so much easier! We just have been here 3 months but it’s so easy to access and there was a computer Glitch and Leti was so helpful to get it fixed Quickly. Adam, just helped us downsize in just a few mins cutting our cost to 1/3rd now that we have settled in to our home more and have less items to store. It was so quick and easy. Thank you so much for all the help!!
Adam was so helpful and the facility is amazing clean and wonderful accessiblity.
