just received notice of my 3rd rent increase in the last 14 mths. This place is beyond expensive if you want anything bigger then a closet and they just keep racking up the fees and what not. will be closing my acct here shortly after having been a client for 6 years. dp business elsewhere

On 98th Harlem Ave. Lee is the very very nice man that I interacted with! So if the place is a reflection of its employees, this is a great place! The facilities are very clean and the area is well kept! The only and only complaint I have is the ease at getting to it! You have to drive a ways out of the way to make a turn going back to the facilities, there’s no turnaround! In Harlem Ave. Bridgeveiw Il.
Facilities are clean. Management, Rick is extremely courteous and helpful. Rick explained all of the options that were available to me. I initially looked at other facilities but found that this one was the most competitive.

I rented a unit for almost a year . I didn’t have any issues whatsoever. The staff are incredible especially Mr Ricky at the front office. He is an outstanding guy, always smiling and trying to help everyone. I took my belongings in a truck to my new condo. I forgot three boxes in the elevator for about five hours. Nobody touched them. Someone saw them in the elevator and called me to come pick them up. It was Mr Ricky. Again Mr Ricky a big THANK You from my heart.
