Luke with Safeguard was so helpful in explaining the issues with my roof and why it should be covered under my insurance. He was beyond helpful in dealing with the insurance company to make it so simple and easy. I got 3 quotes and he was the only one who actually got on the roof and marked the locations of damage from storms and also identifying issues that were done incorrectly the last time it was replaced. I contacted Safeguard Roofing to conduct an inspection of my roof. Within the hour Genaro and Anthony arrived and they both were extremely professional and friendly!!! They were very knowledgeable about not only the issues with my roof but the materials that were used on my roof!!! Jessie and his team at Safeguard Roofing Group installed a totally new roof at my home in 2018. Now, seven years later everything still looks great. No leaks and no problems. We recently had a single blow off in a strong wind so I called Jessie. He sent Genaro out the next day to do the minor repair. Genaro and his helper could not have been nicer.
