Luke with Safeguard was so helpful in explaining the issues with my roof and why it should be covered under my insurance. He was beyond helpful in dealing with the insurance company to make it so simple and easy. I contacted Safeguard Roofing to conduct an inspection of my roof. Within the hour Genaro and Anthony arrived and they both were extremely professional and friendly!!! They were very knowledgeable about not only the issues with my roof but the materials that were used on my roof!!! Jessie and his team at Safeguard Roofing Group installed a totally new roof at my home in 2018. Now, seven years later everything still looks great. No leaks and no problems. We recently had a single blow off in a strong wind so I called Jessie. He sent Genaro out the next day to do the minor repair. Genaro and his helper could not have been nicer. Chris Norman and Safeguard Roofing Group did an outstanding job with our new roof. Chris answered all our questions about what we should expect and the installation of our new roof was done in a day and a half because of daylight savings time and the limited hours of daylight. The installation team coordinated everything in a very timely manner and are nonstop until the job is completed. The cleanup was quickly taken care of and my wife and I highly recommend Chris and Safeguard Roofing Group if you have any roofing needs.
