SafeGuard Impact Windows & Doors is a wonderful company to work with. We had them replace a sliding glass door, custom trapezoid window, and our kitchen window. The work was done in a timely manner, everyone we spoke to during the process were very helpful, and we are very satisfied with the final result. Highly recommend.

Their work was completed flawlessly. Although there was an issue with the door lock, that was fixed immediately upon discovery. Don't expect the job to be completed quickly. I was apprised often of the status of the job, but it did take from signing of the contract in March to July to be completed. My one major issue is with their policy of requiring complete payment prior to completion and final inspection of the job. Unable to have them come back after failing inspection for improper installation. This a state ***** of $5,000. Here we are 2 weeks before permit is expired & refusing to correct Problems.
