New to Metlife. Called the 866 Ph number to get my user ID because website was horrible. Told me to go to the app, but was just as horrible. Apparently live help was also. Could hardly understand the Filipino man and when I could, he didn't understand that I only wanted to know what my User ID was and maybe the Group number. All he gave me was 4 letters to give to my dentist. Called my dentist and they had no idea what the 4 letters were for. Please hire someone that can comprehend English and not just barely speak it.
