HARRASSMENT! . Absolute garbage company. They keep trying to get money out of my dead relative despite them getting the system back and a death certificate as proof. The house the system was on doesn’t even exist anymore! If you make the mistake of using this fraudulent company make sure to GET YOURSELF A LAWYER. Do NOT USE THEM. IT’S A SCAM!!!!
Please do not sign any contract with them contact by phone to tell them the services weren't provided around 2020. Without them providing any service they only damage my outlets.
They suck do not use anymore
Called on behalf of family member who is incapacitated. They've had the system beeping "for months". Needed to provide a passcode or account information which they don't have. Asked to speak with a manager and the representative stated they would not escalate the call. I stated all we needed was a repair which the rep then proceeded with an incredible level of disrespect. I get why their google ratings are abysmal. There are dozens of security companies - this is not the one.
This company is a scam, they Forced a contract that I didn’t sign for another five years charging me an outstanding bill of $1100 and I have to pay them for another year. They won’t let me out the contract. I didn’t even sign the contract.
