They suck do not use anymore
Called on behalf of family member who is incapacitated. They've had the system beeping "for months". Needed to provide a passcode or account information which they don't have. Asked to speak with a manager and the representative stated they would not escalate the call. I stated all we needed was a repair which the rep then proceeded with an incredible level of disrespect. I get why their google ratings are abysmal. There are dozens of security companies - this is not the one.
This company is a scam, they Forced a contract that I didn’t sign for another five years charging me an outstanding bill of $1100 and I have to pay them for another year.
