Called on behalf of family member who is incapacitated. They've had the system beeping "for months". Needed to provide a passcode or account information which they don't have. Asked to speak with a manager and the representative stated they would not escalate the call. I stated all we needed was a repair which the rep then proceeded with an incredible level of disrespect. I get why their google ratings are abysmal. There are dozens of security companies - this is not the one.

This company is a scam, they Forced a contract that I didn’t sign for another five years charging me an outstanding bill of $1100 and I have to pay them for another year. They won’t let me out the contract. I didn’t even sign the contract. Zero should be an option. What a fraud company. Told me I had 2 options to cancel, If I move or if I die. Wow. DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY THIS PATHETIC COMPANY.

I have a BBB complaint against this company. We are remodeling and moving, and they still will not allow us to cancel our contract. We have paid for this service for years!!! Beware Buyers! SCAM The only reason it has one star is because I could not post this warning without a rating. Zero should be an option.
