Similar to others, I am hoping to warn other potential customers before they sign up with Safeco. Last year, I filed two water claims (I've been a customer for seven years without any claims). Both dragged on with no action despite my emailing the assigned representative almost weekly. I finally had to take to social media and was magically elevated to a Presidential status claim representative. The second claim is over a year old with no action.
