Was treated like a ' Freaking liar " when I filed a claim when my vehicle was hit 8/4/24. I have my home insured with these people also. After being involved in a serious auto accident in January of this year they showed their true side . I was left feeling " SCREWED " At the end of all of it and stuck with a hospital bill that they had left me with. Trust is out the window now and they definitely have some People working for them that will screw you at the drop of a hat and aren't concerned about what they have to do to you... read more
The company very horrible they took money from my bank account without my permission and over charge they all liers never deal with them
Horrible customer service and SUPER expensive insurance! Had them for a while and they wanted to charge us an unbelievable amount for two Chevrolet vehicles ($600/month!). Plus ripping us off for home owners. Got a new policy through another company which was about half what we’re paying through safeco. We called to cancel and they asked us for our new policy. We said no way! They’re terrible don’t waste your time getting a quote! If you’re with them you’re getting ripped off!
Total scam insurance I went to cancel and the phone number they had me call went to a you just want a free $100 and been redirected I had to go look up their phone number on the internet it wasn't on the bill they sent me at all 🤣. I wouldn't recommend ever using this company the only way you're going to end up with this insurance is if you're using a broker company like worldwide associates which is also a one-star terrible company I do not recommend
