Total scam insurance I went to cancel and the phone number they had me call went to a you just want a free $100 and been redirected I had to go look up their phone number on the internet it wasn't on the bill they sent me at all 🤣. I wouldn't recommend ever using this company the only way you're going to end up with this insurance is if you're using a broker company like worldwide associates which is also a one-star terrible company I do not recommend
Absolutely horrible company backed by Liberty Mutual. We have never made a claim and received hail damage from a storm that damaged 9 homes in our neighborhood. The insurance adjuster refused to recognize the damage and his supervisor flat out lied about prior phone conversations concerning the damage. We are moving to AAA immediately! Be very careful with this company unless you plan on suing them for everything.
A tree fell on my shed. I was told the tree removal and roof damage would be covered. I was advised to have a contractor give estimates for roof repair and removal of one tree. Now I am being told by a different Safeco agent that the tree is not covered. I now see why their rating is so low and I will be switching insurance companies as soon as this is over.
Very upset paid for a tow truck at 2 and it is now ten pm and still no vehicle I want to be contacted o want my car and a refund how far this company even do something like this
They count on people not checking their rates and will increase or double what you pay. Stay away!
