I've never had so many issues with an insurance company. First when my car was damaged by hail they forced me to go to a specific company for the estimate and when I told them I wanted a second opinion from a company that I preferred to work with they agreed and said they would work off that estimate. But when the time came for them to issue the check they refused to use the estimate from the company that I wanted to work with. This company has double charged me then sent me to collections within weeks of changing insurance agencies for a month which I did not have their insurance. This company will end up getting sued for preditory type business. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
