After finding out it was time to renew, this was after having my policy for a year. They wanted to add my grown adult Son to my policy, even though he doesn’t drive my vehicles he signed his own lease and has his own car and insurance. I tried for a week to understand and argue about why this had to be done. The best answer I could get is well it’s our policy you are free to shop around.
