Called to get a quote, but the representative seemed rushed and only gave short yes-or-no answers with no real effort at conversation or customer service. In the end, they couldn’t beat my current policy, and the call wrapped up with a quick, impersonal goodbye. If this is how they treat potential new customers, I’m glad it didn’t work out.

I've been paying for years to have my house insured with this awful company, I never made a claim, and when the day came to need something I'd paid for so long, they came up with all sorts of excuses to ignore my claim. The staff is incredibly rude, and the inspectors they send don't even do their jobs properly. Save yourself the trouble and don't give your money to this terrible company. They're a scam; they don't even deserve one star.
I have been a loyal customer for 16 years and have paid tens of thousands of dollars in premiums that they seem to raise every single year without ever filing a claim. The one time I actually needed help with my roof, they found a loophole to deny it. They are happy to take your money for decades, but they won't be there when you actually need them. Avoid this company if you want real coverage.
