Had them for 3 years no tickets no wrecks nothing price went up and up and up I called to see how I can reduce it as it was just basic liability no ride side assistance and was costing about $200 a month I started at $86 a month. I was insured with them for my home for ten years and NEVER had to file a claim. Them they just raised my premiums by $3,300 a year without telling me. My auto pay on my mortgage went up by $800 a month. I wasn't aware of this and as a result the payment wasn't drafted due to "lack of funds" now I am jumping through hoops and having to cash in one of my IRA's just to get back up to date with my mortgage! Do NOT use "Safecrook!"
I have been with Safeco with 6 years. Filed one parking fender bender claim and now they are dropping me. Causing me to lose my multipolicy with my homeowners. So much for loyalty. And don’t expect to reach anyone that’s not a robot when you need help. Stay far away. Will he filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
