"Worst Ever! Charged Me Another $477 Through My Escrow Account on Top of Premium. Do Not Get Insurance From Them!" "My policy was cancelled by them earlier after I got new insurance. Instead of issuing a refund, they charged an additional $477 on top of the old policy amount, and they did this without my permission." This review will remain here until my issue has been solved
Horrible experience and denied claims for things that should be covered.
Had them for 3 years no tickets no wrecks nothing price went up and up and up I called to see how I can reduce it as it was just basic liability no ride side assistance and was costing about $200 a month I started at $86 a month. I found another insurance company but I filed a claim to get some minor chips in my windshield fixed the tech they sent turned it into a large crack and then they said I have to pay $500 to replace the windshield their tech they sent out damaged when I called they couldn’t get a supervisor on the ph... read more
