Same experience as many people here. Awful corporation doing everything they can to avoid doing what they should.
I had them for 3 yrs. Had a claim. I provided 10 comps. They provided me with 3. I asked them to average their 3. Wouldn’t do. Said they had a 4th, so I asked to average their 4. They wouldn’t. Said they had to give more credence to the 4th one—which obviously was even lower. Will NEVER use them again, even if I have to pay more!!!
Excellent insurance carrier with quality service and support. This location is easy to get to, clean, and parking is easy
Absolute garbage insurance. They encourage fraud from their customers and refuse to pay out legitimate claims. Avoid them and their parent company, Liberty Mutual, at all costs.
